Coating characteristics

The quality of surface coating is estimated based on the following criteria:

  • thickness of coating ( method, metallographic method);
  • adherence of coating quality (heating method, scratch brushing, mesh spacing in scratches);
  • corrosion resistance and sponginess;
  • outward appearance.
