Assembling production

A shop meant for assembling liquid propellant rocket engines, turbine-driven pumps, and other kinds of produce meets all the cleanliness and climate regulations.

A shop meant for assembling liquid propellant rocket engines, turbine-driven pumps, and other kinds of produce meets all the cleanliness and climate regulations. The shop has got a cable trunk-manufacturing division.

The shop and is equipped with the following: 

  • testing sites for pneumo-testing for hermeticity using air-helium mixture;
  • testing sites for electro-testing;
  • noise-gauging chamber;
  • isothermal chambers, etc.

The shop meant for assembling gas-turbine power stations is capable of producing 24 items a year and can be used for assembling gas-compressor units and the like. The shop is equipped with all the necessary pick-and-place devices and has all the conditions needed for assembling gas-turbine machinery.

Manufacturing of high- and low-pressure pipelines, motion and temperature compensators, bellows, filters, and high- and low-pressure tanks.

  • operating in corrosion environments;
  • under high pressure;
  • when extreme cleanliness of enclosures and precision of hydraulic characteristics as well as great reliability are needed;

  1. Field testing of Liquid Propellant Rocket Engines
    • The main testing site is fit for engines with thrust up to 250 tons.
    • The company carries our all types of testing for RD-276, the first-stage launcher used as part of propulsion systems of Proton-M LV.
  2. Blowing and flushing
    • Flushing of turbine-driven pumps;
    • Blowing of wheels, nozzles, straightener blades, basic parts, and collectors of gas turbines
    • Testing of starter units of aero-engines and gas-turbine plants
    • Flushing and blowing of combustion devices, gas-generators, and injection holes
    • Testing of bearings and gaskets
    • Testing of pipelines and pipe fittings (including flow adjusters and flow-regulating valves)
    • Rotations per minute: up to 12,500 rpm, flow rate: up to 295 l/sec, working pressure: up to 200 atm
  3. Testing of gas-turbine units
    • Open testing site for PS-90A aero-engine;
    • Closed testing site for gas-turbine units with capacity of 10 MW, 12MW, 16 MW, 25MW.
  4. Testing of Ural Series gas-turbine power stations
    • The gas-turbine power station testing site was designed for controlling the quality of the assembling and installation process and for acceptance tests of Ural Series gas-turbine power stations with capacity of 2.5MW, 4 MW, 6 MW.
    • The testing site makes it possible to carry out all the tests and adjust all the settings right on the premises of a producer factory, which means that the power stations are much better prepared for operation;
